- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Most of time staff is great. However, there was a interim manager that was extremely disrespectful. I came in 20 minutes before closing for urgent issues, she basically said she couldn't help. I told her it would not take long and it is an emergency, she was very negative, stopped me mid sentence , walked away from me to greet another customer as if I was nobody worth her time. I later called her manager and store manager and they agreed with me saying she should have been able to help me no problem. I went to the Venice store and fixed my problem in 15 minutes.By Tim Locus, April 21, 2017
