- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Just look at all the negative reviews. If you people want to sit on your butts and wait to be catered to then you get what you deserve. I have found the people in this office to be helpful and courteous. But YOU have to do your part. The world owes you nothing. My Food Stamps were just cancelled. For some reason, my renewal, which I did on their web site two months ago, got lost in their system. This is a real problem for me, but it is not the fault on anyone in this office. They have a difficult job to do, and they try, but if you all keep complaining it only makes it worse.By Shaun Costello, August 09, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I transferred my Child Support case from VA to Florida back in 2014. Since then I received absolutely nothing for over a year. Not a nickel !!!! I had sent in certified orders as well as visited the Port Charlotte office on several occasions to no avail. When I threatened to call the media they started to work on it. BUT because they dropped the ball on it for a year and half I am now owed over 11,000 in arrears and have never started receiving the full amount of the monthly order. This has put us in a terrible bind and has upset my daughter tremendously. Of course DCSE will deny that they ignored my case. I am sure others have been in this same situation. I should have never transferred my case. I got my money when I was in Virginia. Step it up Florida !!!By D R., October 12, 2016
